沙田浸信會成立於1977年3月，並由2004年開始至今，全面推動以門徒訓練為基礎的小組牧養模式，我們的使命，是要「實踐大使命，把未信者轉化為愛神、愛人、學道、傳道的門徒」。我們既不斷以禱告及敬拜呼求教會復興，同時亦捉緊時代步伐來回應當代的需要。
