I understand that Moonpay cannot refund or any amount caused by scammers. That really is understandable.
However, advising people who got scammed to go to the police and report — WITHOUT providing us the identification of scammer (provided you the wallet address), is very selfish of your company! If you want to maintain a good reputation in this industry, you shouldn’t be that selfish!

We are very sorry to hear that you were scammed by someone.
Bitcoin transactions are anonymous - you can track the bitcoins from one address to another, but it is not possible to find out who owns each address.For example, you can copy any BCH/BTC receiving address from your Bitcoin.com wallet and provide that to someone, but unless you also provide them with your personal information, nobody will know that you own the address provided. Not even we can tell what address has come from any Bitcoin.com wallet, or from which users wallet.When you download the Bitcoin.com wallet, you are not required to provide us with any personal information or identification at all.
The Bitcoin.com wallet is a non-custodial wallet, so users have full control over their funds. You can think of it as a digital cash wallet. If you gave someone in the street a $20 note from your wallet, that person will not know who you are unless you tell them.
