Good App Bad Operation

The app itself is good. Able to accomplish its purpose: booking.

However, the operation is a tragedy.

BookMeBus should look into all the transports companies and eliminate those companies that are just pure scams.

BookMeBus should provide rating to those transport companies so, we, the customers, know if the transport companies provide good and trusting service.

BookMeBus should provide more info about the transport company whether or not it has insurance, accident record history, station location and etc.

I booked buses using the app twice, the booking process was very convenient. I loved it. However, because I trusted BookMeBus, I didn’t care much about the quality of service of the transport company. My friends and I ended up with worse vans (lots of customers, no COVID-19 check up, no seat arrangement, had small accidents and etc...)

Notifications overload

I have just installed the app for 1 day, and I saw 30 notifications on the app. After I click on the 30 notifications to clear, 12 hours later I saw another 30 notifications. How come????

Was hesitant at first but totally reliable

I like how the app brings different departures choices and prices. Got my bus ticket to Ho Chi Minh city with my boyfriend with just a few clicks. The booking experience is even better than other apps I used to travel with in Asia. Bravo!
