Rude customer support.
Mostly seen without reply and tease user on Facebook social media platforms, created fake account to reply comment and not willing to help. They keep using templates which are not correct to some case. Moreover, the fraud from the company seem to be too high right now. I always use *1536*125# for 200$ Exchange but it auto charge and exchange it to *1535*1# which i never registered for this so call DataOsja 1$. Everytime i try to ask customer support they just ignore me or walk away. I really don’t understand how your company worked. I love using Metfone but please do better.

If I were going to design an app for a phone company then the first page would be how to credit your phone because if you don’t have credit then the rest of this app becomes obsolete
Secoundly would be how to borrow credit to charge my fone! Very very useful and great idea especially if there is an emergency and you have no credit to phone the emergency services etc! But new users of this app included myself would find themselves drowning in billions of games and gambling and more billions of games and gambling and so on and so forth! That very desperate person who needs a dollar loan for phone credit would be extremely desperate by the time they worked it out and by then emergency situations a lost hope!
Conclusion - too much energy and money wasted on make believe and fiction, too a country who has already got its own problems with gambling and debt the same as every country in the world! My best mate sadly killed himself and two children because of gambling and debts he could no longer live with!
Like a resume or CV you need to get all priorities and your bread n butter down in black and white for an easier experience!
Needed some improvement
Hey there,
Thanks for developing this app. Still, there are something that I wish to see adjustment. First, the feature the app theme seem a bit mess and difficult to use. Second, the app takes so long to work or it even doesn’t work at some point.
Metfone is a good network service provider and I’d love to see more change so that it’s convenient for the customers to use.
