Cannot connect to the server

I’ve purchased 0.99$ pack and I got nothing. When I log to the game it’s showing “connecting to the server” all the time.

Then Support page will be opened: please find on the page the section "Need Help?", click on it and write there that you have this issue (please attach screenshots of your purchase receipts and your Game ID).

Please note that now it takes about 5 business days or longer to investigate a case due to the big amount of requests lately and the complexity of particular issues.

Gems and connections

I will not talk about connection as I already know it’s purpose, but the thing about that exploit is how you give away gems or spend gems in game to upgrade stuffs. If you only need gold to upgrade stuff and gems for decor or premium stuff like cupcakes then that’s okay, but for normal kitchen tools? thats kind of far. At least do it like the fast food restaurant where you sell the automatic food warming/cooking, that I can understand. But the others? its a roadblock, it ruins the purpose of playing a mobile, it’s too “pay to win”.
In my opinion, it’s too greedy.

Thank for the new update

I really really appreciate the new update that make me find more gems in mysterybox but one think that i need need the most is connecting. I want the game to connect to Facebook that can save my level. I don’t want to use iCloud cause it really hard to use. Can you please make it possible? I’m sure everyone gonna love it if it connect with Facebook 🥺
