Description
Put a moving motion effect on any of your photos so when the photo scrolls you see it flickering. You can then save your photo as a new photo in your photo album so it can be uploaded to any social media sites. The flicker effect varies based on picture size, so several tweaking options are included so you can experiment with the flicker edit however you wish.
