foodpanda: Food & Groceries 4+

I found some difficulty in the map that can not zoom and I can not contact with driver when he can not find my place. The most annoying part was in my email, they mention 3$ off voucher but I can not find anything in my application.
There are also If I receive wrong items or wrong quantity of items that I ordered , I do not have any method to complain about it because it is problem of restaurants, not food panda. I hope this must be solve ASAP.
However, drivers are nice and friendly. They tried their best to give the best option when items have problems.

At late night I was so staving I just rush to check on food penda. Then I forget that I can’t connect my number. Oh no it can’t be like this I need some help. I just go to the three line on the top of the left side of your phone and click on the help center then just follow the written down problems you are facing then boom. They will connect you to the hotline. I didn’t expect that at all. I was talking to Mr. Sudian (I am not sure if I write his name correctly) he understands the problem and take action directly. I can take my order now.

I ordered coffee from Caltex Mekong everyday with 10% pick up promotion, but today the system is error and supporting team of foodpanda chat said my trx is exceeded daily amount while I just drop my first order in this morning. Then she told that the system is error and his technical team will check but there is nothing their team could refund me back as they said because of their system error and finally she forced me to close the conversation. With amount charged $0.18 is not much but the bad experience to decide to choose FoodPanda as my daily online food order is so bad as when the error happened on their side but they just said sorry while they charge customer’s money. It is considered as cheating to customers.
