foodpanda: Food & Groceries 4+

I’ve been using this app for quite a few years now since it’s convenient and all, and it doesn’t require to do any log in process but somehow the new updated is pretty demanding and annoying for users to create an account. Within the process of creating an account, at the “phone number verification “ part? Why does it keeps saying my phone number is already used even my account is deleted? Does the app require 2 phone numbers or something as I tried to delete and download it as many times but somehow when I inserted my phone number, it kept saying the phone number is in used. Can you

I found some difficulty in the map that can not zoom and I can not contact with driver when he can not find my place. The most annoying part was in my email, they mention 3$ off voucher but I can not find anything in my application.
There are also If I receive wrong items or wrong quantity of items that I ordered , I do not have any method to complain about it because it is problem of restaurants, not food panda. I hope this must be solve ASAP.
However, drivers are nice and friendly. They tried their best to give the best option when items have problems.

At late night I was so staving I just rush to check on food penda. Then I forget that I can’t connect my number. Oh no it can’t be like this I need some help. I just go to the three line on the top of the left side of your phone and click on the help center then just follow the written down problems you are facing then boom. They will connect you to the hotline. I didn’t expect that at all. I was talking to Mr. Sudian (I am not sure if I write his name correctly) he understands the problem and take action directly. I can take my order now.
