Not working with WiFi
I cannot access through WiFi. It works only with data.
Repeated freezes and consuming time with refilling and retries
1) At the beginning there is only 1 item to fill in but when one presses the continue button, one gets an error that one didn’t fill in a 2nd item. The 2nd item is actually hidden out of the screen and there is no indication that one has to scroll to access the item so it’s not clear how to solve this error. I think it should have scroll bars and the error message should include “try scrolling if that item is not hidden out of screen”. 2) One fills in all the data then submits it and the app freezes up for a long time (apparently forever) and one has to restart the app, the app deletes all the data and one has to fill in everything again and try again and again. No predictability whether this will succeed at all and how much time one has to waste with these possibly endless repeated attempts. This happens despite a good Internet connection. I think the app should be programmed correctly so that it never freezes. And if it has a problem with the central server, it should clearly say it and keep the prefilled data and allow the user to retry later. Also it should provide a channel to file the documents manually via a clerk if a central server failure persists for a longer time. 3) This is a vital obligation prescribed by the law for the citizen to be able to continue living in their home in the country where their home is. So I think the app should be reliable and predictable.
The app isn’t working at all
I have tried logging in multiple times with the correct information but it always says access denied and wrong information which is impossible since I have written the credential clearly and used it multiple times in the past two months to log in but suddenly towards the end of the year it doesn’t work anymore which is so disappointing. Apart from that the change password features never works and it takes forever of loading and the support system for any concerns never gets back to you for any response. So basically the app is a joke
