But when the bug is in an app, we won't want you to eat it. And we certainly won't try to make more of it.

Maps Pin and Mart Thumbnails
I like Grab!
Please improve these:
1. Allow us to choose the Saved locations no matter where we are and no matter how far away from the location because a lot of times I book Grab for my friends, and the app only allow me to choose the nearby locations. This took times and very inconvenient.
2. When pinpoint manually on maps, please stop the automatic alignment or snap to designated locations that has already set my Grab, because sometimes we want the driver to come to the nearby area not that preset gates but the app keep dragging the pin to the nearest preset one which annoying.
3. The Grab mart shall have high quality thumbnail pictures of all products because some products have similar package designs and that we want to have a better look of the package.
No Auto Translate
The auto translate function is now absent. I liked it better before. Cambodian drivers keep typing in their native language and the previous versions would just auto translate them into English. That function completely gone now.
Blocking feature
I wish Grab have blocking feature for driver or rider which system will not allow each party to connect again for future rides. Example - driver took the booking then been unresponsive which make you wait for so long then force to cancel. They don’t have ball to cancel by themselves nor ask you to cancel.
