Good app as good communication
I like this app because I have many goods from ordering and I recommend that this app is good to use when you need something cheaper. Actually, I know products depend on the price, but some of them are also better, though.
On the other hand, I just want to recommend that, in this app, all seller must include a date of production or goods, always make every customers feel looking for...!

I would like to say that nowadays the shipping seems taking so long and wasting a lot of time!

Be careful on shipping issue
Some seller may just put down a fake package tracking number to extend their “48hr Have To Ship” policy, and what you purchased end up in different shipping method you selected and some seller did refund the shipping cost difference but some did not. Open Dispute on Alibaba App has less options then what you experience on in real situation. Some seller put fake delivery tracking number, so the product appear as shipped, while actually not, as they try to use your money until you can actually Open Dispute as Not Receiving the product 70+ days later. You might enjoy lot of product but look out for a High Ranking Seller with lots of Reviews feedback which might also help you.
Great Customer Service Support
Have been using AliExpress to order many time and impressed that the support to solve issues of goods damage and goods that never arrived. Ordered more than 10times and with 2 orders having issue but AliExpress supported the refund as mentioned since the items are really proven damage and not arrival and exceeding the delivery time. Really impressive customer service. 👍👍👍
