HOW TO REGISTER
It is easy – if you already have an ABA card/account and registered mobile phone number with us, just download the app from your app store and follow the screen instructions to start banking with ABA. You can also take your smartphone and visit the nearest ABA Bank branch to apply for the service.

SERVICE FEE
ABA Mobile app is FREE for all the basic features. We may impose charges for certain services of the app. Please ask our staff for more details.

SECURITY
We considered your convenience and security as our top priority while developing the application. We ensure you that no information on your transactions or accounts details is stored on your mobile device or SIM card. Therefore, even if your phone is lost or stolen, your bank account is absolutely safe and protected. At the same time, we cannot guarantee stable and safe operation of the application on a rooted or jail broken mobile device or with customized (modified) operating system.

Can not transfer money when choose investment & security option in purpose

I want to transfer money using swift transfer. But unable to send when I choose purposes as Investment & security . The error on UI : character are not allowed . Why the option have “&” 😏

Incompetent

I find it really odd that ABA would be a subsidiary of a Canadian bank. They are massively behind on implementation and their commitment to customers is a charade. From the absurd circus of “hand writing experts” that deny who you are even whilst presenting your passport to the we can’t mail your new cards like every other bank on earth, our app only works if you have a Cambodian phone, or you can’t log on with your security key because it’s been “too long “. Then we will make it even worse - let’s completely discontinue iBanking. And let’s further not figure out how we can work around any of these or any other problems caused by the virus! Of course, any bank interested in actually providing a service to its customers would’ve found solutions like all of the other banks!! Not ABA!

Many Bugs and Unresolved Issue

I am on Iphone 13 Pro Max running IOS 15.1. The app has notification issue which I cannot receive any notification at all from any transaction. With the recent update even more bugs appear, my account has automatically enable the “stop notification” toggle no matter how many time I have disable it, it automatically enable again by itself. I have emailed to use all types of communication to request support from ABA including facebook chat, going to branch, email digital support, submit customer complaint, and report via app. It seems like the bugs and issues are not going to be resolved as it just getting replied with auto reply bot without any proper investigation from any customer support.
