Not the best delivery company but also not the worst I never loss my items that I’ve bough helpful customer service, but you should bring update on the app because there is some bug that need to be fixed, sespecially Top Up bug idk why, but everytime I need to top up I need to delete the app and download it again again to make it work
Also about shipping address You should bring shipping address in English 1 more to make us easier especially buying a product on Alibaba

I accept everything from loda is goodddd and good but one thing is the price of delivery is higher higher from 1 order to 1 order, i feel so bad when your company always balance the item not equal to the specific size of it, it is okay to ask for balance again when it arrived but it takes a few minutes to confirm every package and the staff face also feel bored with customers too
