Welcome to the newest Security Bank app! Now powered by AWS, we can develop new features and deploy fixes quicker than before, ensuring reliable service even during high-volume traffic. This allows us to continuously improve your app experience and deliver our BetterBanking promise.

Since the old Security Bank Online and Mobile apps will be retired soon, we recommend making the switch today!

TOP FAQs:
1. Wealth and Gold clients also enjoy free instapay fund transfers for life!
2. Only primary account holders of joint accounts are given Gold status and privileges. This means that if a non-Gold member co-account holder uses the joint account for transfers, the account will be charged an Instapay fee of PHP 25, as Gold privileges do not apply to secondary account holders.
3. Your login credentials on the old app won't work here. You’ll need to register again but don’t worry, your saved favorites and scheduled transactions should be automatically migrated together with your other accounts. You just need one account to register.
4. Newly opened accounts take a few days to appear on the app.
5. Once you register to the all-new Security Bank app, your access to the old Security Bank apps (version 1 & 2) will be deactivated within 24 hours.
6. Shared access to Joint OR accounts can be viewed by your co-accountholders if they register to the all-new Security Bank app.
7. You can still access the web version via laptop/desktop. Please note that for your additional security, you will still need to download the mobile app to authorize web logins, as well as approve transactions done using the web version.
8. Joint accounts are auto-synced but only Joint OR Accounts can be viewed in the all-new Security Bank app. Joint “AND” and Joint ITF accounts are not eligible for online enrollment.
9. For your security, you can only enroll one mobile device at a time. This ensures that only your designated device can authorize web logins and transactions, providing an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access or fraud.
10. Only the primary credit card holders can register to the all-new app. If you have another account with Security Bank, you may use those details to register on the app instead.

What’s new:
- In-App Notification: The all-new app will now have a Notification Center where users can receive and view in-app notifications regarding the status of their online fund transfers and bills payment transactions.

Other features include:
- Auto-sync feature: Register with just one account, and all your other Security Bank accounts, credit cards, investments, saved billers, and favorites are automatically linked.

- Quick Balance: Check your accounts and balances safely without having to log in.

- Offline Soft Token: Authorize your web transactions and logins from the app even when your phone is offline.

- Simplified Bills Payment: Search, view, and schedule your recurring billers.

- Card Control: Set daily budget alerts and lock/unlock your credit cards anytime.

- Transfer Money: Send or receive funds to your own accounts, other Security Bank accounts, and other banks via InstaPay. You may also set recurring transfers and send remittances.

- Mobile Top-Up: Reload prepaid mobile phones on-the-go.

- eGiveCash (eGC): Make cardless withdrawals or send cash to loved ones with our eGC-enabled ATMs.

- eSecure Savings (eSS): Open up to 10 accounts and save for specific goals like trips, bills, emergency funds, and more.

- 24/7 Support: Our team is on standby, ready to assist you anytime.
