TADA – Ride Hailing 4+

Just an annoying bug, when I set a pin on a map, the location is changed on the fly when the ride is ordered. Last time, it moved the pin on the opposite side of the Monivong boulevard which forced the driver a very long way around to pick me up. It happens quite often, only reliable way is to set the pickup point as a shop or a restaurant. Apart from that, no complain, it works fine, the UI is nice, the driver has no commission to pay. Waiting time is a bit longer than the competition but I guess it will be fixed when Tada will increasingly become more popular. Oh also, the map is a bit old and does not find a lot of recent shops, restaurants and locations. It would be better if it is based on Google maps for better location search results.

I need to check my ride history, but I cannot do it when I am currently ridding. Because when open the app, it automatically open current riding detail. I understand that I cannot order another ride when I am currently ridding. But I should able to do other things like viewing history, topup wallet etc.

No I would not recommend this app to others. This was my first time using it and my house was pretty close so the fare was gonna be free but I think when the driver saw that they did not want to bring me to my house so they decided to stall around and it was not only one driver who stalled around but 2 and I had to end up borrowing some money from my friend and calling a random tuktuk on the street so I could get home because I thought the fare was only gonna be a only 1000 or something because I had the new user coupon and I wasn’t prepared so please train your driver better. I would give your app a zero out of 10.

Please train your drivers better and how will you compensate me for my time and my emotional distress because I almost had a mental breakdown because nobody was home and I had no one to ask for money luckily my friend didn’t go home yet. If he did though I would’ve been stranded.
