Aurora Rides is your free and reliable transportation service, provided by the City of Aurora, in partnership with RTD. Whether it's a trip to the grocery store, a doctor’s appointment, or a community center, Aurora Rides makes getting around safe and easy within our service area. Booking a ride is simple. You can use the app or call us. Our technology will book you on a transit vehicle with others going in the same direction. HOW IT WORKS: - Book a ride in the app by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with a Guest and/or Personal Care Attendant. You can also call our support team at 720-881-0197. - You will be given an estimated time when the Aurora Rides Van will arrive upon booking your trip. In the app, the estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. - When your driver arrives, please be ready at your requested pickup location. - There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! - You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app. SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the reliability and affordability of a public one. ACCESSIBLE: We offer specialized options to make your trip as comfortable as possible: - Door-through-door Assistance: If you need a little extra help, our drivers can provide light physical assistance from inside the main entrance of your pickup location to inside the main entrance of your destination. - Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles: The service is wheelchair accessible. To receive door-through-door assistance and/or be matched with a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, either click “Accessibility” in the app menu and submit the accessibility request form, or call our support team.
