why i love pocket love, and strongly believe its the best game ever.
1. inclusive character customization options.
- hijabs, african/black hair, multiple diverse skin tones, without even having to buy anything in the AMAZING shop yet.
2. pride flags/lgbtq+ things.
- i LOVE all the pride flags, pride shirts etc. referring to all characters gender neutrally, calling them “partner”, etc. its so lovely, and as a lesbian with many lgbtq+ friends, i love to see myself (and the entire community) represented in my favorite game.
3. infinite ways to customize the house
- pretty self explanatory. the AMAZING shop has so many different furniture options, walls, floors, etc. if you feel like having a cozy home, outdoor adventure home, arcade home, musician home, coffee shop etc, you can do it.
4. the entire game
- i love the game, its extremely fun and i loved it since the second i saw the advertisement for it on another app. i instantly fell in love with the lgbtq+ representation that i saw, and decided to download it. its such a fun experience and i love every bit about it, though there are a few things i’d like to see.
—THINGS I’D LIKE TO SEE—
1. more ways to get dogllars
- there are only a little bit of ways to get dogllars currently, other than watching many, many ads. buying packages are another way, but some people cant afford/their parents wont let them spend money on apps.
2. pride shop
- i may be biased as an lgbtq+ individual, but there should be (in the AMAZING store) a set way to get pride-based shirts, flags, etc. the only way ive found, is to watch ads over and over and spend dogllars to HOPEFULLY get pride related items, which only works about 10% of the time. i think, for us lgbtq+ individuals who love and appreciate the representation, have a permanent pride shop. it could work the same way as the furniture and vanity shops, where you can refresh, but have random pride related items at the shop. eg. asexual flag, and then some pride shirts and other items inside, but fully lgbtq+ related.
