앱 홍보 많이하길래 설치했더니 결제오류.
고객센터에서는 자기들이 해볼땐 오류 없으니 내 폰 문제라고만 해서 앱스토어 리뷰 봤더니 3년전부터 같은 문제가 있었네요? 장사할 생각이 있다면 앱 이용유도를 하지말든지 오류를 고치든지 하세요. 쇼핑앱에서 결제가 안되는건 처음봤네요ㅡㅡ
국내 요가웨어 브랜드 몇 개 없을 때부터 이용해왔던 브랜드인데 신뢰도가 무한 하락하네요
좋아요 다 좋은데..
노래듣다가 뮬라웨어 어플만 실행하면 노래가 일시정지 되네요. 어플 실행시점만 그런게 아니라 상품을 선태하거나 리뷰를 보러가는 모든 렌더링시점마다 정지됩니다. 최근 한 전철어플(지하철종결자)에서도 이런 현상이 있었는데 아이폰 기종만 이런 현상이 있는 것 같습니다. 개선 부탁 드립니다.
앱이 이게 뭐예요!?
버그 있는것 처럼 이상해요. 사용할 수가 있어야 주문을 하죠 ㅠㅠ
팝업도 아무리 눌러도 안 없어지고.
페이지 열려고 해도 계속 오류 나거나 엉뚱한데로 가요. 앱주문 하면 천원 할인 한대서 깔았더니 시간만 낭비했어요 !
앱 좀 제대로 관리하세요.
