업데이트 하고나서 앱이 튕겨요
아이폰 11 사용자인데 최근 업데이트 후 앱이 자꾸 튕깁니다. 핸드폰 문제인가 싶어서 전원도 껐다 켰는데도 튕기네요.ㅠㅠ
매우 친절해요
인터넷 쇼핑 많이 하는 편이지만 다른 쇼핑몰에 반해 1:1 질문게시판이 있고, 답변도 매우 빨리 달립니다. 또한 신발이 작아 사이즈교환을 요청하였는데 친절하고 신속하게 처리해주어 매우 만족합니다:) 신발의 질을 떠나서 직원분들의 마인드가 정말 좋은 것 같아요. 신발의 질까지 좋으면 애용하겠습니다.
최악의 cs
가입하자마자, 구매하고싶은 상품이 있어서 문의 넣었는데 인터넷에서만 보던, 응대를 받았습니다. “해당 앱과 카카오톡 앱의 상담 연동이 되지않아”서 재문의를 넣었는데, 본인은 잘된다며 “다른 문의는 카카오톡 상담을 통해 넣어달라”는 답변을 받았습니다.
현재의 cs 담당자가 어리거나, 생각이 없는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 덕분에 바로 탈퇴했습니다. 상품 구매시에 소비자가 무척 고생할 것 같은 응대 메뉴얼이었습니다. 디자인은 꽤 예쁘다 생각했습니다. 혹 몇 만원이 껌 값처럼 느껴지신다면 사용해 보는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.
