Track your workouts and log your sets, reps, and weights. 9Gains guides you through the workout and lets you see the entire routine at a glance as well as previous lifts and records for reference.

Heaps of workout programs and training exercises are included or you can even create and build your own custom workouts!

View all those fun stats such as the best lift, total volume, 1RM, and much more. The app works offline so you can even track your workouts without an internet connection! Get ready to train and make those gains, whether its at the gym or from the comfort of your own home!

The built-in workout tracker includes a count down timer for rest periods and allows you to record workout notes as you go.

Exercises are grouped by muscle so that you can see which muscles your'e working out (i.e. back, chest, legs, biceps, abs)
