구독 취소 언제든 가능하다고 되어있는데, 취소버튼이 없어서 해지하지 못하였습니다.
3일 무료 사용신청후 아무리 찾아도 구독취소 메뉴가 없네요. 구독 취소 및 환불요청합니다.

앱을 깔았는데 바로 결제가 되었습니다.
아직 앱 이용 한 번도 하지 않았고 결제한 지 하루도 안되어서 환불 요청합니다.

제가 체험판 3일을 이용하고 취소하였어야했는데 깜빡하고 취소를 못하였더니 오늘 새벽에 9900원이 자동 결제되었네요. 결제 의사도 없었고 앱은 한번 이용 후 바로 삭제 해놓았던 터라 갑자기 결제가 되어서 너무 당황스럽네요. 환불 요청드립니다.
