Avaya Call Management System (CMS) Mobile client turns your iPad into a mobile Call Center decision making device. CMS Mobile facilitates untethering Call Center Supervisors from their desk and allows Supervisors to walk around the contact center to provide immediate oversight and assistance to agents. CMS Mobile provides real time information to assist Call Center Supervisors to answer the question “Can I relax now? ”.

Features Supported on CMS Mobile:
- Real time performance metrics and statistics for skills and agents
- Thresholds that provide visual indication to the user when call center metrics fall outside acceptable boundaries
- Customizable thresholds
