Apple 계정으로 로그인 하려는데 유저를 찾을 수가 없다네요
회원가입으로 같은 계정을 했지만 이미 있는 유저라네요. 이건 무슨 문젠가요?

서비스 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 기재하신 내용은 SNS 계정을 통해 가입한 계정임에도 이메일 계정 로그인을 시도하여 나타나는 문제로 추정됩니다. 해당 이메일로 등록된 SNS 계정으로 로그인을 시도해보시기를 권장 드리며, 이후에도 해결이 되지 않을 경우 고객센터 메일 cs@baund.com 로 문의 남겨주시면 상세히 확인하여 문제를 해결해드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
좋은 플랫폼이지만 자잘한 단점들...
일단 쇼츠 플랫폼들과 비교하면 편의성이나 디자인 부분에 있어서는 부족한게 사실입니다. 눈에 띄는건 일단 보고 있는 영상을 언제 올렸는지 확인할 방법이 없는게 좀 불편했구요.
가장 치명적인 문제는 영상 싱크를 맞출 방법이 없다는 건데(못찾은 걸수도 있지만 대부분 영상이 싱크가 안맞는걸 보면 없는 듯 합니다) 비디오 소리와 비트 싱크는 맞출 수 있지만 정작 비디오는 싱크를 맞출 수 없어 보는 사람과 올리는 사람 모두 불편을 겪는게 아쉽습니다. 마이크 스웨거랑 협업해서 더 많은 사람들이 알아갈텐데 이런 문제들을 고쳐나가면 더 인기가 많아질 것 같습니다. 화이팅 하세요!
