환불요청

환불요청합니다. 2020년 9월까지 구독 결제가 되었네요. 트라이얼만 사용하러고 했는데 난감하네요

자동결제 환불 요합니다

고생 많으십니다.
다름이 아닌 어플을 사용하지 않고 있었는데
자동결제때문에 통장에서 돈이 빠져 나가서
환불요청 합니다

트라이얼만 사용하려했는데 5만원이 넘게 결제가 되었습니다

구독취소 눌렀는데 작년에 결제되어버린걸 지금알았네요
오만천원 상당이 이 앱을통해 결제된걸알고 놀라서 취소하였습니다 결제 취소해주세요;; 체크도 안했는데 이렇게 자동결제가 바로 될수 았나요 확인도 없이?

According to Apple, you need to manually cancel the free trial or an ongoing subscription at least 24 hours before its expiration date, otherwise it might still renew and continue for another subscription period. If you didn't mean to make the purchase but have already been billed, you can contact Apple and request a refund.
