Breaking the common stigmas associated with twerking and celebrating the dance’s roots in the rich African culture, BCDW® is designed to be an inclusive environment and safe space for women from all walks of life. The program started as one small Miami class in 2013 and has since grown globally with more than 400 certified instructors in 35+ different cities, with virtual classes via Boss Chick on Demand.
