Missing Basic Feature, Slow Update, Poor Customer Support

Used over a month with the subscription. Missing basic feature: reply from the email i received the mail to. The app doesn’t automatically reply from the email it was sent to but my app default email address which is a problem if you sync multiple email accounts to this app. I contacted customer support and they replied to me with generic support answer drafted by ChatGPT but no actual help. I sent another email follow up and no reply heard. Overall, they are at the way too early stage missing such basic features and lacking real person staffs to support customers and relay the feature updates
