Change Policy

I would love to know the intellect brains behind defining a limit on this maximum of 100 rs. For non-gold And 400 rs. For gold customers. I understand that you can not trust customers to have a loan of more than 50 or 100 for the case he has no change, what I don’t understand is if the customer himself is willing to pay more to add his/her paid amount to be added as credit so that it maybe used afterwards, and still YOU the careem doesnot allow due to their “intellectual change” policy??????
These brains don’t know the currencies used in our country is sometimes 500, 1000, or 5000. I had a ride and my charged amount was 1068 and since i had no change so i had to pay 1500, which the driver didn’t add, bcz he was not either allowed to enter money or whatever reasons. What should i have done when I am getting late for class but i have no change nor driver has ?? So either i should be looted to pay the other big note of 500 or 1000 whatever i have or i should insist, beg and touch the captain’s feet to exempt my 70 rupees? What options are you leaving the customer with??? On filing query, i am told, the customer service is not allowed to call captain to confirm the problem so I can not be compensated like, are you kidding me?????
