화면이 이상하게 나오는 분들
안드로이드는 정상인데 아이폰은 ios13 올라가면서 이상해졌어요. 이때 화면 하단 아이콘에서 그림 아이콘 누릅니다. 기본으로 선택되어있는 서브스트림을 메인스트림으로 눌러서 변경해줍니다. 바로 잘 나올겁니다. 더불어 비트레이트를 맨 위의 것으로 바꿔주면 각 화면마다 버퍼링 있던것이 거의 실시간으로 맞춰져서 나올겁니다. 그럼 도움되시길 바래요.

안녕하세요. 코맥스입니다. 아이폰 13으로 S/W 업데이트 후 화면이 정상적으로 나오지 않는 증상 처리되어 업데이트 되었습니다. 앱 업데이트 후 사용 가능합니다 감사합니다.
현재 아이폰 사용하고있는데
코맥스에 전화해서 메뉴얼 받고 그대로 연결했는데 화면이 안나옵니다ㅜㅜㅠ방법좀 알려주세요
