Error/Scam

It charges you 11 euros when you don’t show up to a class, which totally makes sense. I have never missed any class that I made reservations for, but then the app would say that I didn’t show up and charged 11 euros for it. It happened TWICE already.

Hi Jessica, thanks for letting us know. The only way our system will record you as having missed a reservation is because the studio marked you as 'missed' on the attendance roster, or you clicked the 'I missed this reservation' button by mistake when rating your reservation. Sxxk app ever

Even I reserve the spot, theres no your name on the list if you do not click the reserve button twice. Who designed the app? It made me waste the time
