Comarch FSM mobile app is a product to streamline task management, support workers and supervisors in service visit arrangements, improve communication between team members, and, as a result, enable the team to work smarter and achieve better results every day.

All data and actions available from the mobile app result in the simplification of on-site activities, reducing the need for back-office support and facilitating on-site completion reporting.

Comarch FSM – mobile app features

All app features enable effortlessly manage field service visits, and limit time-consuming bureaucracy steps to just a few clicks on a smartphone screen. That leaves team members able to focus on their real work and improve daily KPIs.

If you are a technician:

Rapid access to tasks calendar – check your daily and weekly schedule, and receive real-time updates
Instant access to work order and task details – view key information about your client’s location and history, check what should be done, and view task priority
Messaging colleagues – when necessary, contact your team to explain complex issues
Mobile support for common field activities - take photos, make videos, use tagging and attach documents directly from the customer’s premises, and add visit notes or site-dedicated information
Location and route planning – use GIS systems to plan the optimal route between assigned tasks taking into consideration traffic and restrictions
Warehouse – check the availability of equipment necessary to execute the order
App-to-app integration - use extended options such us navigation, code scanning, online diagnosis and service activation by integrating Comarch FSM mobile app with external applications
Signatures and quality survey – capture your client’s signature and run a quality survey on your mobile
Workflow changes - be provided with information on any changes in the workflow
Offline support – use the app with recently updated data in offline mode, and refresh the information when you get a WiFi signal
Status updates – update your work order status in a real time to inform supervisors, dispatchers and managers about your performance
If you are a supervisor:

Workers’ performance monitoring – supervise work order statuses, view staff location or service delays
Absence notifications – receive information from workers about their absence, and confirm the details with your mobile device
