매우 유용해요~

숀리가 자기전에 운동하고 땀이 좀 날때 노곤히 자는게 좋다면서요 ~근데 헬스장가서 하는것보다 이게 더 PT 받는 느낌!!! 복부랑 힙만 일단하고있는데 땀이 꽤나고 근육통이좀있네요~~ 매일보면서 하니까 더 횟수채워서 하게되고 여러 다양한동작들 통해서 그부위 근육 퇴화 되지않게 관리하는 차원에서 참 좋아요 운동다해도 10분밖에 안걸리니 루틴케어 되는거지요?^^
