#doters’ purchase a pocket-size WiFi hub - named a “#dot” - that they pair with the hotspot of their smartphone or the router of their Internet Box, and create a WiFi named “#dotdot” ca. 75 m around them, with a default password “Since2021”
Anyone within range can see this “#dotdot” WiFi and connect anonymously using the “Since2021” default password and become a “#dotee”.
