Description
National airline Eastar Jet releases convenient airline ticket application
From airline ticket search to ticket issuing in one-stop.
You can easily access information on flight fare, flight schedule, flight arrival and departure, and flight booking.
In accordance with Article 22-2 of Information Communications Network Act (Consent on access authority) came into effect in March 23, 2017, following access authorities are required for using the application service.
Selective Access Authority
Phone Call : Access to telephone information for offline booking
Photo, Video, Documents : For posting customer feedback
You may consent on selective access authority for using the related features. If you do not agree to the access authority, you still may use other application services
To change setting, go to "Setting > Application Management > EASTAR JET > Authority" in your cell phone.

오류투성인 앱
자동로그인도 안되서 매번 로그인해야되고
36,패키지로 돈 더내고 기내식에 좌석지정등 신청하는데 기내식은 원하는 메뉴 선택 완료해도 며칠뒤 확인하면 기본설정메뉴로 초기화되어있음. 결국 내돈내고 먹기싫은 음식나와서 안먹고 돌려보냈음.
고객의 소리에 문의글 남기면 3-4일은 기본으로 답변없음. 스마트시대에 앱서비스관리가 저가임.
최악
탑승권 저장해놓으라 해서 저장 누르면 나가져서 동승자 탑승권 저장하려면 또 처음부터 다시 로그인 해야되네요. UX에 대한 이해도가 전혀 없는 직원이 대충 만든 느낌의 어플입니다. 이런식으로 운영하지 않으셨으면 합니다.

한참전에 깔았는데 어플은 열리지도 않아서 사용도 못하고 홈페이지도 그렇고 왜이렇게 로딩이 심한가요
접근성도 떨어지고 너무 심각한가같아요 다른항공사들은 잘만되는데 여기는 티켓팅만 할려하면 골치아프네요
