언제부턴가 전체화면이 되지않고 이상한 로고가 뜨며 이번에는 상단 바 까지 없어지질않네요. 축소도 되질않고.....사용할수록 불편하게 하시니 정기구독하는 의미가 있나 싶은데요..... 업데이트 부탁드립니다 너무 불편해요. 앱을 지웠다가 다시 깔아도 그럽니다.
최근 구독 결제 환불 요청
무료 체험 30일이 끝나기 전 미리 구독 취소 했는데 갑자기 결제가 되어 당황스럽습니다.
결제 이후 어떤 콘텐츠도 이용하지 않았습니다. 구독 취소는 해놓은 상태입니다. 최근 구독 결제를 환불해주시길 바랍니다.

예전에는 스크리브드에서 들으면서 페이스북을 봤습니다. 그런데 ios업데이트 이후 페이수북을 실행하면 스크라이브가 중지되는군요. 해결할수있는지요.
