Firefly Fitness is your AI personal trainer. It uses your phone’s camera and motion tracking to count your reps, monitor your form, and provide on-demand workouts streamed directly to your phone - like a real personal trainer. Workout anytime, anywhere - no heavy equipment or scheduling. With Firefly you get:

Exercise Form Tracking:
- Firefly app will ‘see’ your form and count your reps using advanced computer vision
- We do not see or record any video from your camera
- Accurately tracks and draws your joints on screen, allowing you to see what the trainer sees
- Counts reps when you go all the way up and all the way down
- No external hardware required - you already bought it

Personal Workout Planner:
- Generate your own workout plan, tailored to your fitness goals, target muscles, fitness level
- Get a new workout everyday whenever you want - unlimited
- View the exercise
- Uses AI to adapt to your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
- See a workout you like? Customize and name your own workout for the trainer
- Choose from 20+ workouts, each recognized by our trainer for proper form
- Don’t see a helpful workout? Message us and we can make it for You!

Fitness Challenges
- Earn a stylish medal when you beat one of our fitness challenges
- Different levels (Hard, Medium, Easy)

Firefly has both a free and subscription version with premium features.

Subscription auto-renews so please turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior. Manage your subscriptions by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in Settings.
