Your Fitivity app has multiple training programs in it! Switch between programs that were designed specifically for Running Backs, Quarterbacks, Receivers, Defensive Linemen, Offensive Linemen, Defensive Back, and Linebackers.
These programs includes the most advanced football drills used by pro and collegiate football players.

In addition to your weekly training, try out Fitivity BEATS! Beats is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.
