Why always the USA?

This game has a major flaw.
Every single game at least two of the locations are from the United States making the game very boring and repetitive. I just played a game where 3/5 locations were in the USA and the other two were in Canada and South America. Always an average of at least 2 are in the USA.
Please fix this!
It's a great concept for a game let down by some of its programming.
