그저 서비스 가격만 계속해서 올리는 최악의 배달 앱. Glovo Prime을 결제한 후 10분도 채 되지 않아 환불을 요구했는데도 이용 약관을 들먹이면서 절대 환불해주지 않고, 상담원은 고객의 입장에 대한 이해 없이 말꼬투리를 잡으면서 일방적인 답변만 반복한다. 그들은 고객과 싸울려고 그 자리에 있는 건가? 이미 모든 대화 내용을 다 캡쳐해뒀다. Glovo는 이런 식으로 고객을 계속 잃을 것이다. 해당 Glovo Prime에 대한 인보이스가 도착하면 유럽 소비자기관에 이 회사의 환불 정책에 대해 신고할 거고 탈퇴 후 절대 이용하지 않을거다. 오랜 고객에 대한 배려가 없는 이딴 앱은 절대 소비하지 말아야 한다.

최악의 경험을 하고 싶다면 추천!

요약 : 물건을 주문함 - 물건의 일부만 옴 - 고객센터 문의 - 해줄 수 있는게 없다고 함 - 환불 불가 나는 앱을 믿고 주문을 했고, 물건을 모두 받지 못했습니다. 외국인인지라 가게와 직접적인 통화가 어려워 앱의 고객센터에 도움을 요청했지만 돌아오는 것은 앵무새같은 메뉴얼 답변 뿐이었습니다. 이들은 내 문제를 해결하기 위한 최소한의 노력도 하지 않았습니다. 나는 이들에게 요청했습니다. 환불은 둘째치고 내 물건이 오지 않은 것이 누구의 잘못인지 알려달라고요. 가게 종업원의 실수인지? 아니면 배달 기사가 의도적으로 물건을 주지 않는 것인지? 하지만 이들은 답변을 하지 않고 있습니다. 아마도 그 이유는 그들이 관리하는 배달원의 잘못이기 때문에 책임을 지고 싶지 않아 답변하지 않는 것 같습니다. 작은 돈이지만 나는 이 일에서 굉장히 큰 부당함을 느꼈습니다. 이것은 내가 외국인이기 때문에 일어난 일이기 때문입니다.

Not as good as advertised

I did not like it. Starting from the old school log in with your email and pw (no log in with phone number, not with google email or anything else) - just old school. It was inconvenient. Secondly, app was impossible to change to other language. I use English in a foreign country thus wanted it to be in local language. Never found it. Thirdly, it has less options than I expected it to be (of course it depends on the region where I live but compared to other delivery apps used by me from the same place Glovo has the least options). Never got to order anything with us thus can’t speak of that experience. In general, it’s like 3-4 out of 10 for me…. I won’t recommend
