Not a great experience

I was in Hawaii with my friend on 13th June2024z
We were riding along side the road until we saw a parking spot at near our destination.
After parking at the zone where there were multiple escooters were, I confirmed parking it with hearing sound.
However, after few days after, they charged me with 10$ of parking fee.
I contacted my friend if he got charged too. He did not get such notice. Although I parked closer to other scooter.
What is this nonsense? I raised dispute through their website but it is just chat gpt or something that just automatically replies.
I deleted account in order to avoid such situation, however it had happened!

It is actually the worst experience and memory about Hawaii now.
