안녕하세요. 5월까지 하쿠나를 이용하던 유저입니다. 현재 군 문제로 인하여 카메라 사용을 못하게 되다 보니 계정 로그인 자체가 되지 않고 있습니다. 군에서도 하쿠나를 볼 수 있도록 카메라 권한을 주지 않고도 로그인할 수 있는 방법을 업데이트 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

안녕하세요 하쿠나를 400일 넘게하고있는 유접니다 지금까지 계속 즐겁게 하고있구여 근데 제가 하쿠나에게 바라는점이 있습니다 게스트0명할시 프사 비율이 1대1밖에 안되는데 그밖에 비율을 여러개로도 할수있으면 너무 좋을거같아요! 꼭 업데이트 부턱드립니다!❤️

정말 어이가 없네요 해결책도없고
문의 센터라는곳은 정말 그냥 있는 장식품이고 문의를 올려도 답이 오지도않는데 뭘 어떻게 해결하라는 건지도 모르겠고 그렇타고해서 고객센터 전화가있는것도 아니고 앱자체가 이건 정말 문제있다고 봅니다 너무 불편하거 지금까지 리뷰에서도 많이 사람들이 많이 말하고 문의하는 곳이도 많이 말했을텐데 고쳐지는 거 하나 없이 정말 어이가 없네요;;
그리고 댓글다시는데 불편을 드려서 죄송하다 뭐 해결하도록 노력하겠다. 아 예예;;; 뭘 고치신거고 뭘 노력하시는지모르겠네요...
지금까지 정말 몇개월동안 애정한 하쿠라는 앱에 이 일하나 해결 못해서 정이 떨어지는건 정말 아쉽고 속상하고요.
생일 잘못입력해서 정지먹은거 제 잘못이긴하지만 해결할방법인주는 당신네들도 문제라고 봅니다.
그러니깐 사람이라고 생각이 있으면 해결 방법 좀 주세요. 모든이들이 고객센터 만드는걸 반가워 할껍니다.
