수하물 추가하면 저가항공사치고 놀랍도록 싼 가격도 아님. 무엇보다도 cs가 엉망. 메일 문의 답장 느림. 웹이랑 앱 둘다 서버도 거지같음. 뭐만 하면 에러에러에러에러ㅋㅋ 내 예약 확인하는데도 한 세월 걸렸음. 덕분에 출국 전 며칠을 고통받음. 그리고 온라인 체크인 하면서 수하물 미리 결제하려는데 뭐가 자꾸 이리 튕기나요? 오류가 나는 이유도 안 알려주고 앱이 그냥 종료되기만 하네요. 최상급 서비스를 제공해달라는 것도 아니고 기본적인 수속 과정만이라도 문제가 없었으면 좋겠다는 바람인데 이건 뭐 비행기를 타란건지 말란건지 한국어라 이 리뷰를 볼지 안볼지 모르겠지만 지적하는 고객이 한두명도 아니고 반영 좀하세요. 저가항공이라고 고객도 저가 취급하는 건가요?
이렇게 황당한 어플은 처음이에요
비밀번호 분명 맞게 해도 틀렸다하고 온라인체크인 하려고 하니까 로그인 서비스를 이용할 수 없다하고 ㅋㅋ 가뜩하나 수화물 추가도 비싸고 뭐만 하면 다 유료고 좌석배정도 랜덤으로 해주면서 어플돝 쓰레기처럼 만들면 뭐 배째라인가요? 수화물 추가까지 하면 저가항공치고 그렇게 싼편도 아니면서 서비스조차 개판이면 어쩌라는건지.. 뭔 오류가 생겼으면 빨리 조치를 하던가 이유를 알려주던가 새벽부터 보고 있었는데 다음날 아침에도 안 되는 건 서비스를 할 맘이 없는거죠? 다신 안타고 싶네요
