안드로이드 폰에서도 이런앱으로 운동 했었는데 초보자분들이면 정말 유익한 어플임. 무료로 쓸수있고 모르는 동작 나오면 설명도 절 나오고 그래서 되게 잘 쓸수 있음 이거로 근 1년 빡세게 했더니 몸은 확실히 좋아지긴 좋아지고 레벨별로 나와있어서 되게 좋음

운동하기 좋음

운동 사이클이 대략 짜 있어서 그대로 따라하면 되기 때문에 집에서 혼자 운동하기 좋음. 대략적인 동작도 소개해주기 때문에 역시 따라하지 참 좋음. 어? 이건 좀 자극이 적을것같은대데? 싶은 생각이 들 때 더 고강도로 하길 원하면 어떻게 해라 적절한 타이밍에 음성안내도 지원됨ㅋㅋㅋ 운동하기 아주 좋음

운동 맨날 하는데 매일 매일 근육통이 생긴 다는건 운동 효과가 있다는구 아닐까요 ㅎㅎ 운동 쉬다가 다시하는데 1~21까지 점차 운동량 늘어나는게 부담이 없어서 좋네유
