With IMS OnArrival, patients can check in, sign forms, make payments, and add and verify the information and insurance details. The app even includes MIA, a virtual assistant, who interacts with patients to make the process intuitive and inviting.

-Existing patients log in using their name and date of birth, a personal barcode, or the credentials from your patient portal
