• Integrated management program in mind

1. Measure the bpm of the user with PPG (optical pulse wave detection) and analyze the degree of bpm change to measure the degree of activation of each nervous system of the user.
2. Classify the user's stress levels based on the measured results.
3. We recommend a mental health program suitable for user stress conditions.

• What is PPG?
The PPG and optical pulse wave measurement technology used to measure stress is a mobile implementation of the measurement method used in actual medical devices. Measure the changes in blood flow through the user's fingers through the camera and flash on the phone. Through this, the overall stress state of the user is shown by deteriorating the activity of the nervous system such as autonomic nerve activity and balance.
*The results measured by 'PPG' can be used to determine the overall tendency of stress conditions, but cannot be used for medical purposes. For accurate results, please visit the hospital and conduct a thorough examination.

1. Emotional diary
Write down the feelings you feel every day in a simple diary with a cute one emoticon. I can check my emotional changes by building up my emotions that change day by day.
2. Re-Think
It is a program that simplifies ACT (cognitive therapy) so that you can confide in your mind through some questions and take a step away from your worries and look at them with a new perspective.
3. Meditation
Focus on breathing and recognize my feelings now, so that I can fully feel the emotions that are happening in my heart at this moment.
4. Sound
It provides natural sounds and various ASMRs recorded and filmed by itself. With the timer function, you can enjoy it comfortably for as long as you want, or set a target time to concentrate in a relaxed state.

in mind provides an automatic renewal subscription that allows users to use all services in in mind without restriction while maintaining an active subscription. The monthly subscription is 4.49USD per month and the annual subscription is 43.99 USD per year.
You will be charged as a payment method registered in your iTunes account after the paid payment for the first subscription start. If you do not cancel your automatic renewal 24 hours before the subscription expires, you will automatically renew and pay within 24 hours before the subscription expires. You can check and cancel your subscription in the App Store > Menu > Account > Subscription > Regular Payment.

신기하네요

스트레스를 점수로 나타낼 수 있다니 좋습니다. 그런데 점수가 과연 얼마나 신뢰성이 있는지를 잘 모르겠습니다. 그래도 스트레스 점수가 대체로 맞는 것 같기도 하고 일단 잘 사용하고 있습니다.

스트레스 측정 너무 신기해요

앱으로 스트레스를 측정할 수 있다는게 너무 신기하네요ㅎㅎ 잘 맞을까라는 의문은 있지만, 스스로를 조금 더 이해할 수 있는 방법이라고 생각이 됩니다.
명상 콘텐츠도 잔잔하고 쉽게 따라해 볼 수 있어서 좋아요~ 밤에 쉽게 잠들지 못하시는 분들에게 추천합니다!
