“Infor HMS Hotel” allows hotels using Infor Hospitality HMS to access the application via the Apple iPad for Check in, In house, Check Out, Housekeeping Update, Fast Posting Room Charges, Concierge, Lost&Found, Work Order, Arrival/Departure and other reports.

Once the app is downloaded contact your account manager for the activation process.

You can now view the Room Information screen for a room number, which will help the user view and assign a room number based on guest preference.
You can now view and add a report parameter list for the available reports in the App.
The Guest Details screen will replace the existing Add Email/Address screen. The user can add more fields on the Guest Details screen from the Signature App Configuration screen. You can change the field attribute, sort, and rename any field on the Guest Details screen.
