Inneal is a client for the AI Horde, a distributed open source network of GPUs running open source LLMs (Large Language Models). With Inneal, you can create AI powered chatbots and talk to them on your device without eating up your battery life; and there's no need for powerful hardware, because the text generation is happening on GPUs all around the world. Best of all? The AI horde is free to use, and can be used totally anonymously with full respect to your privacy.

The AI Horde offers a wide variety of open source large language models for creating and roleplaying with characters. Chat with your favorite fictional characters and go on wide-ranging adventures with them, or delve into rich fantasy worlds by yourself and see what you can find... anything you can imagine is possible! Inneal offers a slick, native interface to using the AI Horde, featuring a familiar and simple UX. All your chats and characters sync between your devices automatically, as well, so you can chat on your tablet at home, and pick up that same conversation on your phone later.

Inneal itself does not generate text on your device, it is merely a client for accessing and using the AI Horde. The AI Horde is an open source project of Haidra.

• Multi-character Chat. You can now create a chat with multiple characters at once! By default, it'll round-robin characters or have the character you last mentioned respond. But you can also long press on the new message button to select which character you want to respond next. You can also jump to edit any of the characters in the chat from the menu within a chat.
• Persona support. You can now pick from any of your character cards to use as your name and description in chats. The description is inserted into context, so you can provide a description of yourself or other information for chatbots to use when generating messages.
• Impersonation support. When you long-press on the send button, you can have the AI impersonate you. Best used with a set persona.
• Text-only Chatlog View. This makes it easy to copy / export your chats.
• Expanded Import Options. You can now import from JSON or PNG files using the file browser, or import JSON by pasting URLs to JSON files or pasting in JSON data directly.
• Batch Delete Messages. There is now a "Batch Delete" mode in chats so you can easily delete multiple messages at the same time, if the chat goes off the rails and you want to recover.
