KPI’s such as satisfaction, (e)NPS and response rate can be followed 'on the go' via the Integron Dashboard app. Initiate actions based on the highest priorities with the aid of action management. The Integron Dashboard app is accessible to all users of our online dashboard. The app features:
-Real-time insights 'on the go'
-Insight into results per segment and trend
-Action management: initiate actions based on the highest priorities and involve colleagues by email alerts.
-Accessible with the same account as the online dashboard.

Fixed two problems:
- Counting the status (Open/In Progress/Done) of the action management is now correct.
- When no segment is configured in your account, the 'Total' is selected instead of an 'random' segment.
