제일 효율적이고 깔끔한 간헐적 단식 어플

여러가지 간헐적 단식 어플 깔아보고 남기는 후기입니다. 같은 기능인데 유료 결제 해야만 쓰게 해주는 어플이 허다한데 이 어플은 딱 필요한 기능만 깔끔하게 모두 모아서 무료로 쓸 수 있어 너무 좋은 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 가장 중요하게 생각하는 게 동기부여라 위젯이 꼭 필요했는데 위젯 디자인도 군더더기없이 깔끔해서 너무 맘에 들었습니다 어플 후기 남겨보는 거 처음이에요 :) 좋은 어플 개발해주셔서 감사합니다 !

단식을 위한 단 하나의 어플이랄까요

단식을 도와줄 어플이 필요해서 블로그 리뷰도 검색도 해보고 앱스토어 어플 하나하나 들어가서 리뷰도 보고 비교해봤습니다.
디자인이며 기능이 많은 어플이 많은데 대부분 단식보다는 다이어트 어플에 가까운 것 같았어요.
그러다 리뷰도 다운로드 수도 적긴 하지만 리뷰도 좋고 직관적인데다가 깔끔한 Fasty를 발견해서 몇일동안 사용해봤는데 제가 찾고 원하던 바로 그 단식어플이였어요!!
별 열개는 줘야하는 최고의 단식어플입니다!!!:)
