You only have to download the app, and then it will help you find a location nearby and prepare you to get started. The app works as a personal trainer for you, demonstrating exercises and suggesting workouts. Try it today and find out what fresh air can do for your motivation to work out. - Exercises in the outdoors Find inspiration among 189 different exercise demonstrations within strength, cardio or balance training. The exercises cover 47 different outdoor workout stations and can also help you get started with cross training, street workout, calisthenics or obstacle runs. Within each exercise category, you can choose between three exercise levels; easy, medium and hard. - Workout plans that fit your level Are you looking to be fit and healthy, lose weight, get strong or stay fit, as you get older? Then we have a workout programme designed for you. Based on available outdoor equipment and different fitness levels, the app offers 16 free workout plans scientifically designed to move you forward. - Find a fitness site near you KOMPAN builds outdoor fitness sites across the world. New sites open up every week. Use the map function inside the app to find your nearest location and more information about the sites. - Save your cardio workouts When using KOMPAN Cardio equipment, you can save your workouts in Apple Health.
