Hello, Tour Leaders! Rate your tour experiences.
- Daily Reminders: Receive a notification every day at 6 pm to rate that day’s experience.
- Flexible Review Access: Use the “Review” button available on each tour day and in the event detail section.
- Post-Tour Period: After the tour ends, you’ll have an additional 3 days to complete your ratings.
- Categories to Review: Rate categories such as the Guide, Coach, Train, Ferry, Hotel, Customer Support, and Overall experience. More options coming soon!
- Detailed Feedback: Provide star ratings, select labels, and add comments to give specific feedback.
